We begin by listening. A 60-minute briefing session — in person, by video, or at your office — allows us to understand your objectives, audience, budget envelope, and the experience you want to create. Within 5 business days, we present a full creative proposal: event concept, artistic direction, venue recommendation, production outline, and indicative budget breakdown. This proposal is a genuine creative document, not a template — it reflects the specific vision we’ve developed for your event.
Once the concept is validated, our production team takes over: contracting venues and suppliers, building the technical rider, coordinating logistics, managing guest experience touchpoints. We operate transparently, with regular updates and open communication throughout.
On the day of your event, Maison Scène deploys a full production team — event director, stage manager, technical chief, hospitality coordinator. You focus on your guests and your objectives. We focus on everything else.
Can you organize events for international clients who have never been to Morocco?
Absolutely — this is a significant part of our work. We guide international clients through every aspect: choosing the right destination within Morocco, navigating local regulations, managing on-the-ground logistics, and creating an experience that exceeds expectations shaped by Instagram and imagination.
Do you work with English-speaking clients?
Yes. Our team is fully bilingual French/English, and several team members also speak Spanish and Arabic. All proposals, contracts, and communications can be conducted in English.
What is the minimum budget you work with?
Our minimum project engagement is typically around 150,000 MAD (approximately €14,000) for full-service production. For specific components (entertainment booking, technical production only), we work on a service-by-service basis.
